CONCISE Lung Cancer Summary Notes (KAT7, Haem & Oncology Block)

These notes contain thorough yet concise summaries, in tabulated format, of all lung cancer content for the haematology & oncology block, in preparation for KAT7. These notes also includes detailed history-taking notes for lung cancer (useful for MMCA2) and details on paraneoplastic syndromes, pericardial effusion and SVCOs (oncological emergencies most relevant to lung cancer). The most useful parts of this document are the management section, with details of treatments by method and by stage, and molecular pathways/pathophysiology of lung cancer. There is also an AWESOME table summarising ALL treatment in just a couple of pages towards the start of the document - see sample for a taste of what this looks like! On the exam I received 88%, with full marks for lung oncology and surgery sections.
