COMPREHENSIVE HD ICPL NOTES + KEY SCAFFOLDS *READ DESCRIPTION*
Subject notes for USYD LAWS2012
Description
DETAILED, EXTENSIVE AND WELL STRUCTURED ICPL LAW NOTES RECEIVING A HD MARK. Note: Topic 1 and Topic 2 (partially) were examinable in Mid-semester Exam Topics 2-5 were examinable in Final Exam Part I: Full Course Notes containing complete case summaries and key legal principles (sample pages 1-4) highlighted and colour coded. These notes have been made through spending many hours to compile different sets of notes from HD students in conjunction with the assigned textbook, optional reading and tutorial work. Topics include: Topic 1: The Concept and Function of “Property” and Real Property Topic 2: Sale of Goods Act Topic 3: Personal Property - Introduction to Choses in Action Topic 4: Assignment and Disposition of Interests Topic 5A: Priority Regimes Topic 5B: Commercial Dealings as Security Interests over Property Part II: Problem Question Scaffolds (sample pages 5-8) Includes a comprehensive scaffold of each topic which is essential for answering problem questions during the final exam as it ensures that all essential elements of the question are addressed. This scaffold helped me summarised each extensive topic and understand how the individual sub-topics within each topic are linked together. I believe this set of scaffolds is all you need to excel in the final exam.
