HD (87) LAWS2351 FINAL EXAM NOTES - VERY DETAILED, colour coded, easy to follow steps

These notes honestly are the best notes I have ever made. I worked for weeks on these and they are amazing!! I've set the majority of the notes up in tables with the Evidence Act legislation on the left and steps to apply the legislation on the right. The notes are based off all of the readings, lecture slides, etc - literally everything that you learn in this course is in here!! All of the cases and legislation are colour coded so that the notes are super easy to follow in the exam. I also highlighted all of the important sentences so even though the notes are super detailed, the key bits are highlighted making them really easy to follow!! I received a High Distinction mark (87) and I attribute it completely to these notes!!
