Full Course Notes (HD mark)

Description

I achieved a HD in the final exam using these notes. They are my full course notes of all the lectures and asynchronous materials for the term and are up to date, comprehensive and include all recently added cases and legislation. The notes are structured by each onlinde module/class and are colour coded by topic group. For each class there are key concepts (theory), case law, legislation and an elements section which sets out the steps needed to prove/disprove a rule in the exam. I hope they help! :) x
