HD FINAL EXAM NOTES

Description

I recieved a HD in the final exam using these notes. They are set out in an easy to follow, colour-coded (IRAC structure) table format, making them perfect to tackle a complex problem scenario. Each topic has pre-written statements to adapt in the exam and includes all key statutory provisions and case law. These statements also include what next steps to go to, if X is not satisfied go to Y.
