Description

These notes cover everything you need for the final exam to navigate tricky problem questions quickly and effectively. A problem you might experience when using the notes of other students is that they are often written in a way that is unique to them. In turn, things that they might deem crystal clear can feel confusing or incomplete when you're trying to apply them under exam pressure. My approach to exam scaffolds is a bit different. I make sure my notes can walk me through each issue step-by-step, providing a clear scaffold that I can transcribe almost word-for-word onto the paper. This allows me to avoid the pressure of the exam interfering with my answers. It also means that anyone should be able to walk into an exam hall with just these notes and confidently answer any question that is thrown their way. In saying that, the best way to use these notes is to not wait until before your final exam to buy/ look at them. Instead, I recommend taking them to class and adjusting them to your liking, making note of anything your tutor places particular emphasis on (such as notable dissenting judgements, which are also included in the notes). Most importantly, use these notes to answer practice problem questions throughout the semester and you will be set and ready for finals. So, if you are looking for a set of notes that are: - Comprehensive and provide extra pieces of case analysis to bolster your responses, - Based on case readings, textbooks and seminars, - Easy to understand and follow, - Reasonably priced, and - Exam-ready I think you will find these notes to be a worthwhile investment. Furthermore, as a consistent high-achiever and student of the Dean’s List, you can rest assured that your notes are of high quality. Topics covered: - Topic 2: Applications of the Conscience of Equity - Topic 3: Remedial Equity - Topic 4: The Nature and Constitution of Trusts - Topic 5: Operation of Express Trusts - Topic 6: Fiduciary Obligations - Topic 7: Resulting Trusts - Topic 8: Constructive Trusts - Topic 9: Tracing - Topic 10: Charity If you are in your penultimate year, I wish you all the best and hope these notes can assist you in achieving your academic goals for the year. Good luck!
