Complete Crim Summaries - 87% HD in subject!

These are my complete summaries that cover ALL of the 70114 - Criminal Law & Procedure content. The first half, which is indexed, are the summaries I used for the exam, which is usually only from week 6 onwards. These notes helped me achieve 87% overall, and 38/40 in the exam, so clearly worth it! The notes are indexed, organised under topics and extensive - there is nothing they don't cover! There are page numbers which correlate to the required textbook. The second half is the rest of my notes used for the assignment in the first 6 weeks. They may not be relevant for the exam, but will definitely help you understand the concept of murder particularly for the assignment. :)
