These notes are perfect for the 40% weighted end of semester exam. They provide easy to follow exam response scaffolds and cover in detail all of the essential elements of each of the offences and defences that could be assessed in the exam. These scaffolds include all of the relevant authorities that you will need to cite depending on the scenario presented. HOWEVER, they do NOT include material covered in the first 5 weeks of the subject as this material is not examinable and is only relevant to the assessment.
