The tutorials were extremely helpful & it’s continual learning & testing approach through quizzes enabled a thorough foundation of knowledge to be had.

Honestly, this has been my least favourite unit so far. I found that one of the lecturers just read off the slides (he was nice and helpful via email though), so I stopped going to them after about week 6. Also, I found the tutorials didn't help me much and I didn't receive the help/answers that I needed for the assignments - my tutor told me they'd be giving out too much information, even if was a simple question to guide me on track! I heard the same when other people would ask questions at the end of the tutorial too - "I can't tell you that, you have to figure it out for yourself" All in all, I didn't enjoy the unit and has made me think about choosing another major. *I'd recommend trying to do well on the quizzes though, most of the time the answers were on Google.

Participated in all tutorials and lectures and this was a huge waste of time. Told us the subject couldn't be passed without the new textbook...spent the $158 and did not need it once and now I can't sell it. Waste of time and little assistance with the assignments by my tutor regardless of asking for help. He didn't speak clear English so noone knew what he was saying in tutorials.

Very easy going with no exams, however the content is extremely bulky.

This subject was a bit vague in the beginning, but hang in there until the end. You will gain some management understanding, but the areas of understanding will depend on the assessment task you receive and the amount of research you carry out.

Participated in all tutorials and lectures and this was a huge waste of time. Got no feedback because they fired my tutor and although I sent a finished assignment to my new tutor, which they approved, was told to do a 180 on the issue two days before. Want a 7? Buy the textbook.

The subject was simple and a pass could easily be achieved without attending the tutorials or lectures and not owning a textbook

This subject was ok. Online quiz questions focused heavily on HBR readings and textbook theory, so ensure you do all the readings. Week 11 lecture did not help with assignment which was the final assessment piece. Description of week 12 lecture had no relevance to assignment so did not attend. Week 13 lecture was a Q and A session but I didn't have any questions as the lecturer and tutor had addressed the assignment well.

For me, a nice, easy introduction into what my HR units might be like. Very enjoyable for first semester at uni. Assessment clarity was good. Overall content was average.

They changed their tutorials to a group discussion format this semester and its useless and a waste of time. tutors barely discuss our assignment in class and lectures are crazy boring. due to the change, students barely show up to tutorials as well (for my tute) for the assignment (VBD) just follow the criteria sheet. everything important is on it.
