The subject is an easy one to pass and you get valuable industry experience to add to your CV while you're at it. The only downside is that the quality (or what you get out) of the subject depends upon you finding a good internship. It's a good idea to look around for an internship before semester starts because it can be harder than you think to find a good one (depending upon the field you are in).
