I did this subject in 2013 and I found it to be a very practical hands on unit. If you are doing a dual business degree (with any kind of major) do this subject, your business skills will help you get better grades. This unit is less 'psych-ey' than most other psychology electives and more 'business-ey' which is what made it a nice change. Like most psych subjects, 12 week content final exam makes remembering all the different theories and concepts a bit of a struggle (especially if you are doing 4 units) however, if you are a HR or Management major student you'll probably breeze through because a lot of the theories are the same as what is covered in 1st and 2nd year subjects ;)
