Difficult to follow at times and requires extensive research outside the unit content. Not a fan but is useful in other units to have a basic understanding of how the Constitution influences the law.

I am having to do extensive further research for this unit as the delivery of information is so monotonous. The content is there, but it is crowded by complexity. I like a good foundation, a simple explanation and example and then to build upon that a more analytical and complex explanation.
