The tutor is great, and the assignments are reasonably straight forward. Though the group assignment can be a pain if you have a rubbish team to work with, find a balance between over-achievers & under-achievers. You can't leave it to the last few weeks but don’t overcook the goose either! If you have career experience in a business environment as a manager, most of these concepts will be familiar, and you’ll realise how many people get thrust into or pursue management without being prepared or suited to the role! The correct jargon helps you get a better handle on management styles and approaches.

I would give this 3.5 stars if it was an option. I only mark it down because group assignments are no fun for me and my team was useless. With a combination of psych and business students, us psych students failed to meet the 'business' style needed which was unfortunately reflected harshly in our overall mark. Otherwise the content is easy to understand and flows well. The lecturer was good, as was the final (non-group) assignment. There is however a lot of very specific content to learn for the exam, which could be hard to do well in if the area in general does not interest you. There is some good content overlap with personality psych (motives) so I recommend you do these two units in conjunction if possible.
