GAMSAT S1 Tutor Hi! I'm Ivy and I'm currently in my second year of dentistry at UniMelb. S1 is my favourite section of the GAMSAT, where I scored 73 (top 2%) in Sep 2023, and recently scored 75 (top 1.5%) in Mar 2025. So if you're struggling with S1, I'd love to show you how it can fun (or at least bearable). I have compiled my own set of strategies that breakdown S1 in a more manageable way. The overall philosophy of the way I approach S1 is to "identify and simplify". I'm also fluent in Mandarin, so lessons can be a bilingual situation for international students :) Happy to arrange group sessions, with a lower rate of 75/hour each for two people or 60/hour each for three or more students.
