Hi there! I’m Kris. Listed on Dean's list, Average High-Distinction in University, open-minded, friendly with all students.
I love making complex ideas easy to understand by using real-life examples that make everything click. Back in Brisbane, I got straight As from Year 9 to Year 11, with a score that’s equivalent to an ATAR above 98. While I was in high school, I had the chance to tutor 5 awesome students—each one of them ended up with an ATAR above 90, and one even scored above 98 after we worked together for 3 years!
Now, I’m studying at the University of Sydney, double majoring in Business Analytics and Finance, and I’m proud to say I’ve been invited to join the Dalyell Scholars program. So far, I’m keeping my grades at an HD average (all above distinction).
For the past two semesters, I’ve been running group tutoring sessions for BUSS1040, and it’s been amazing to see students go from feeling unsure to scoring above distinction. I’m also happy to help with other subjects I’ve taken, like BUSS1000~1040, QBUS1000 and 2000 level units, and FINC1000 to 2000 level units, though I do charge a bit more for university sessions.
University can be a challenging journey, and as a tutor, my goal is to help students navigate this period with confidence and achieve the results they need to enter the degree of their dreams.
Having completed university courses myself, I have the resources and expertise to support students through this demanding year, helping them reach their goals.
