UniMelb Business Tutor Bryan

Hi everyone, I'm Bryan, a current unimelb tutor tutoring in the faculty of business and economics, specifically in the department of finance. I have a BCom in Accounting and Finance (grad 2019), with an Honours in Accounting (grad 2021) from the University of Melbourne. I started teaching in 2020 during COVID, and taught in the department of accounting for 2 years. I have a strong passion for helping others and love to teach. My teaching style is based off the individual student, but usually it involves understanding where the student is at currently, addressing any issues that they may have, and working on prior knowledge to scaffold into new concepts. Subjects that I've taught include Accounting Reports and Analysis [ARA] (6 semesters), Corporate Financial Decision Making [CFDM] (5 semesters), Principles of Finance [POF] (4 semesters), Introductory Personal Finance [IPF] (2 semesters), Introductory Financial Accounting [IFA] (1 semester). My tutor ratings have been excellent thus far, with an average score of 4.9/5 across multiple semesters. I believe that I am uniquely positioned to help students given my experience and wide range of subjects taught. My going rate currently is $100 per hour but please feel free to reach out to work something out. I can do a 15% discount for group sessions.
