GAMSAT S1: 72 ✅ The position, “I am not naturally good at the humanities section, I am a science student”, is one that many GAMSAT test takers can relate to. Having taken the GAMSAT four times, this was certainly the case for me. Only through studying and realising strategies in the process was I able to obtain a score of 72 in section 1 this year. As a second-language English speaker, I can also help the increasing number of international GAMSAT test takers and pass on methods that I used to improve. I am also a medicine applicant this year so I am in the same position as all of you! Therefore, I can relate to the logistic and psychological difficulty of the application process and offer advice as well. I tutor primarily through zoom for flexibility and convenience, but I am available in-person for students that live in the CBD. As a spatial learner, I found it very hard to find someone that could effectively teach me in the way I am most responsive too. I had tried 3-4 tutors throughout my many attempts at trying the GAMSAT until I contacted Ryan. He was very careful and diligent, and adapted his study material to make it easier for me! I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone else taking the GAMSAT and having trouble with section 1.

Huge shout out to Ryan for getting my section 1 score up! As a second language English speaker ,Section 1 of the GAMSAT was my Achilles heel. However, learning Ryan's method of tackling questions, I was able to make it my strongest section. I think what really set Ryan apart from other tutors is his dedication to teaching. He was always very accommodating of any questions I had outside of scheduled lessons, and explained everything very thoroughly. I was also surprised that I was able to get so much quality teaching, for such a cheap price compared to the other tutors who are charging $60+. Thank you so much Ryan!
