Hi fellow valuers-to-be! I am a RMIT 2019 Graduate from Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Property Valuations. I am a certified valuer (CPV) with over 6 years of experience in the property valuation field. My experience covers across residential, commercial valuation as well as statutory valuations (rating & tax and compensation). I spent 3 years in rating and tax valuations in the residential and small scale commercial sectors, and later on another 3 years in shopping centres and large scale industrial properties. The wealth of experience allows me to master the knowledge ranging from the fundamentals in residential and small scale commercial to large institutional grade assets. Having graduated from RMIT myself with hands-on experience, I am confident I can offer easy-to-understand experience to help gap the bridge in your learning experience and excel in your exams.
