Monash Law Tutor Vanshika

I am a third-year student at Monash University, undertaking a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology. I have successfully completed core law units including Criminal Law, Torts, Public Law, Statutory Interpretation, Foundations of Law, Contract A & B, Property A, and Constitutional Law. I am currently studying Corporations Law, Equity in Law and Psychological Disorders and Introduction to Counselling in Psychology. I have achieved High Distinctions in Constitutional Law, Contract A, Contract B, Property A, and Torts. My sessions are structured and outcome-focused, designed to help you not only understand the core legal concepts but also develop the skills required to score a High Distinction. Each tutorial will: •Break down complex legal principles into clear and manageable sections. •Focus on enhancing legal reasoning, problem-solving, and exam technique. •Provide HD-specific notes and resources that I have created and used myself. •Encourage empathetic and open discussions, recognising that each student learns differently.
