βœ… 3 Remaining Spots for 2026 September Unimelb Interviews (Lessons) βœ… Mock-MMI Available (message with time preferences) πŸ“ Current UniMelb CSP MD πŸ“ 8+ years Tutoring Experience πŸ“ 2+ years Medschool Entry Interview Tutoring Experience πŸ† Successful Students in 2024 and 2025 βœ”οΈ Last Minute MMI Crash Course βœ”οΈ Full 8-Station Mock MMI + Feedback βœ”οΈ 4-Station Mini-Mock MMI (stations of choice) + Feedback Hi I’m Clive πŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈ currently a second year Medical Student at the University of Melbourne! If you're reading this, your interview is probably only 2 weeks away. That's really exciting (congrats!) but can also be pretty daunting. Getting an interview offer this late can feel overwhelming, but there’s still plenty we can do to make sure that by interview day, you feel prepared, confident and comfortable πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ My tutoring over the next few weeks will be focused on preparation that will make the biggest difference to your interview performance, wherever your starting point may be. Whether you are starting from scratch and need an MMI crash course, or already feel prepared and want to polish your answers from good to excellent through realistic mock interviews and tailored feedback, I'll make sure to chat to each and every one of you about what you want our lessons to look like so we can make the most out of the next couple weeks! Most importantly, I don't want the short timeframe to make lessons feel rushed or stressful. I pride myself on being a warm, patient and approachable tutor πŸ˜‡ Even though we have limited time before the interviews, I want you to feel comfortable working at your own pace, asking questions, making mistakes and working through things properly, especially if you are just starting out. For those of you that are more experienced, our lessons will be focused on efficient practice and concise feedback, but always in a warm and supportive environment. πŸ“ What our lessons will look like As is the case with learning anything, I believe the best way to learn the MMI is to have the lessons personalised to you βœ”οΈ 𝟏. MMI Crash Course If you feel like you left it to the last minute or unexpectedly received an offer, we will work through a crash course covering the most important points for each topic one-by-one! We won't blindly rush through everything just because the interview is close. Instead, we'll prioritise covering what you need most, and practice putting it together into well-structured answers. βœ”οΈ 𝟐. Mock-MMI Sessions If you feel confident about the MMI and looking for timed practice, we will jump straight into timed Mock-MMI sessions with detailed feedback at the end. I'll break down your strengths and areas for improvement, and we'll work through specific strategies to upgrade your answers to that final level. All my mocks are formatted as interactive slides tailored to the timing and style of the Unimelb Interview. You can choose between a full 8-station mock or a 4-station mini mock (we can chat about which exact stations you want to focus on here too!) βœ”οΈ ... and for everyone else in between! If you've done some preparation on your own or with friends but aren't quite ready for a full mock, that's completely fine! We'll work through timed questions together, identify your areas for improvement and gradually build towards the Mock-MMI sessions once you're feeling confident. Ofc, these are just a guide! Please feel free to message me with questions, personal requests or anything else - always happy to hear about where you are on your MMI jounrey and how you are feeling as a starting point 😊 πŸ“ Below are the resources I have prepared for our lessons, πŸ“– Comprehensive breakdown guide to MMI interview format, types of questions, what to expect on the day, and what they are looking for πŸ“– Slides and take-home documents covering relevant topics for the MMI (medical ethics, public health, Indigenous and rural health, etc) πŸ“– 80+ Practice questions organised by topics tested in the MMI πŸ“– 4 x 8-Station Mock MMI (University of Melbourne Format) as timed, interactive slides designed to look like the real thing πŸ’β€β™‚οΈ A bit more about me, πŸ“ Graduated the BSci at the University of Melbourne in 2024 πŸ“ Interviewer for university club committee recruitment in 2024-25 πŸ“ University of Melbourne MD CSP from 2025 πŸ“ Peer Tutoring Volunteer for MD1 Students in 2026 πŸ“ Strive Unimelb Mock-MMI Marker in 2026 πŸ“ Tutoring for total 8+ years, Interview tutoring for 2+ years

I honestly couldn’t have gotten into the University of Melbourne Doctor of Medicine without Clive's tutoring! Preparing for the MMI can feel overwhelming, but Clive completely transformed my approach. He helped me break down complex ethical scenarios, structure my thought process under tight time constraints, and communicate with genuine confidence rather than sounding rehearsed. The mock interview sessions were realistic, challenging, and paired with precise, actionable feedback after every single station. Clive didn't just teach me what to say, but rather how to think on my feet to deliver authentic, high-scoring responses.

Clive is a great tutor who truly puts in the time and effort to help you succeed. I started off with very little knowledge about the MMI and only had a short time to prepare, but Clive was able to provide a clear breakdown of the expectations and helped me formulate refined responses that still felt genuine to myself. Even after only a few sessions with Clive, his valuable feedback helped me improve from vague, surface-level answers to becoming more succinct and understanding exactly how to approach the questions within the time limit with confidence. With his help I was able to receive a Unimelb med offer! I learned a lot from his advice about the overall process and found the sessions very similar to the real thing. He is super easy-going and encouraging whilst giving focused feedback, I can't recommend him enough!

Clive helped me develop a clear structure and strategy for approaching different MMI stations. What I appreciated most was how personalised and detailed his feedback was, identifying specific areas I could improve, and explaining how to strengthen my answers. Over the course of our sessions, I became much more confident and comfortable communicating my ideas under pressure. I would recommend Clive to anyone preparing for an MMI as his insights made a significant difference to my preparation!
