In these challenging post-pandemic times, I want to help you to improve your writing assignments and enable you realize your academic potential. I can edit and proofread in any academic field and provide more substantial content assistance in humanities fields, especially writing, literature, history, philosophy, cultural studies, politics, sociology, and film studies. I have an Ivy League graduate degree, much experience teaching university writing (including at an Ivy League institution), and a background as a professional proofreader and editor. I have worked extensively with the most common referencing styles, especially MLA and APA7. I am very punctual and work quickly to fit with your deadlines. I can work any day of the week. My prices are affordable, starting at $12.50 per page or we can work by the hour. I welcome theses for editing or proofreading or editing. I can also help you develop and refine your research skills in locating relevant sources and accessing pdfs of them. I am happy to meet in person (around Melbourne Uni or RMIT is ideal) or to work with you online over Zoom, Skype, Facetime or the like. From you I simply need an assignment prompt, an electronic copy of your draft, and access to any required readings. Virtual editing works very well via Google docs or by exchanging a document with track changes. It's worth knowing that universities in Melbourne often don't pay their sessional staff properly to respond to your assignments, which is why you'll often receive little or no feedback on your written work, which itself makes it harder to learn.
