My feelings on this unit are mixed. First off, the textbook is kind of unecessary, and if you follow the readings you often end up reading far more than is necessary. The tutorial questions are also generic ones from the textbook, and are often more difficult than is actually necessary in terms of the assessments. The lectures are pre-recorded, which is great, and Dr. Yarram explains fairly well. No assignments for this unit, just 2-4 online quizzes, all of which were fair in terms of what was taught during the lectures. Good guidance is also given in the final exam, and the exam overall was quite fair, but for a couple of theory questions that were barely present in the unit. Overall, I'm glad the unit is over, but felt that I did learn some good skills in corporate finance.

Lectures are recorded slides, but they are very well explained and reasonably useful, and made this subject more than just textbook learning. No assignments, just two major quizzes that were in line with the practice material, and great study guidance was given on the final exam which eased the burden with calculation based questions.
