Loved this subject! Definitely recommend it to any 'high achieving' students (i.e. H1 average or so) I think it was the most interesting first year commerce subject I took, probably due to it having the least rote learning. You are taught concepts and ideas, rather than how to answer a question on the exam. Be warned though: there's a LOT of non-optional reading in this subject. Robert also goes along rows and asks you a question face to face, which is probably what pressured me to actually do homework on time. Extra bonus: Robert's cynical commentary on everything from accountants ("professional tax evaders") to the government's economic priorities.
