Tougher than I was expecting, but that's on me for not putting the work in. Lots of memorisation, the exam goes pretty in depth. The excursion was awesome fun, but the assignment was a bit crazy, had to write out a full scientific report for 6 separate hypotheses in 1200 words. All of the criticism I got could have been solved if I had a little more wriggle room. Jon Morrangello is the best lecturer by far, the other lecturers can be a tad dull.

Content is alright, just a tad bit boring. Lots of things to memorise. Mid sem test was alright, a few tricky questions here and there. However the assignment was just downright bad. Most of the students barely passed it, which surprised me considering the feedback saying that there was a lot of assistance provided. Just felt that wasn't the case at all with this subject.

Lectures don't contain enough information and don't prepare you enough for the assessments - despite the interesting field trip, this subject requires a lot of study outside of the given material.

An incredible subject with really helpful lecturers. Possibly one of the few classes I've fully enjoyed with no qualms. The field trip is fascinating and the content studied is too.
