This is only a general advice, but please don't take this subject if you're not an arts student. Worst decision in my life, ruined my WAM. If you are a science student, consider this: this is basically a philosophy subject with tons of reading required. Do you like that? If you do, then go for it. But if you don't believe there's any particular merit to philosophizing (much more so than politicizing) technologies, then I highly suggest to not take it. It's NOT an easy subject, and it isn't a WAM booster in any way. Most students who praised it are arts students, so do not be misled. That said, the readings were somewhat interesting, but only to ponder on. Once the writing commenced, that's where the bane of my existence lies in. I truly hate this subject simply because of its grading scheme, so I suppose my rating is hardly, or at all, objective. Then again, I hope whatever I wrote could help some poor, naive computing students to understand this subject better.

Not very exciting, but definitely interesting.
