Effectively 100% of the subject is group assignments since your individual report is an assessment of the group assignment (and it's a hurdle worth 20%). The lecture capture did not work for half of the semester and luckily the lectures were pretty useless for assignments (or at least the important content was again covered in tutorials). Tutorials were vital for success. Make sure you find a good table of people on your first tutorial as you will be working with them for the whole semester. The tutor we had was responsive and helpful in understanding the criteria for the assignments. The lectures this semester were so poorly timed (4:15-6:15pm) and the unrealistic expectations of watching prerecordings prior to attending them rendered this entire area of the subject really dead. This personally hurts as a fan of Greg Wadley (the lecturer for the last half of the semester). This is a prereq subject for all UX majors but it's difficult to recommend the subject if it isn't a prerequisite for you. If you manage to get a decent group, you should be fine. The Bachelor of Design seems to be really lacking in decent level 1 subjects outside of ABPL.
