A step-up from RMHI, but what would be the ultimate subject to conclude your stats journey. At the end of this, you are ready to understand and perform most of the stats seen in the psych world!!

Oh boy - what a semester! Honestly such a valuable subject, but you will almost definitely cry. Was initially going to say 4 stars but then I realised the lost star would be from how challenging and stressful the subject is, but at the end of the day it was absolutely worth it and the quality of knowledge you'll leave the semester with is deserving of 5 stars. There's a MASSIVE amount of content and it's a HUGE step up from third year stats, which can cause a bit of a panic if you came out of RMHI thinking 'Wow that was so much better than I expected, I'm actually really confident in this!' so be prepared for your confidence to take a hit after each lecture. Do not underestimate the amount of time you'll need to spend on the assignments, and you'll probably wonder if honours is really worth it - you're not alone, everyone considers just dropping out at some point during the semester! It's full on, but the tutors in this subject are just on another level - they're all so committed to helping you and are so understanding about the stress that comes with this subject, their enthusiasm and support is unmatched.

Really excellent subject. The only issue really is that they throw WAY too much content at you in the span of one semester, though that's less a problem with this specific subject and more an issue with how Psych honours is structured as a whole (seriously, is burning out your entire student cohort every year really necessary?)

Actually really enjoyable. Definitely a step up from RMH,. but I really enjoyed the challenge. Wish there was more time in the tutorials though.

Well designed and fascinating! Best tutors and lecturers

It is hard and challenging. It will definitely make you cry and wonder why the hell you think Honours is a good idea. But trust me, best subject in my university career for sure. Without it, my thesis data analysis will be a shamble :). Plus, after this subject, your world is never the same!! You'll read papers' data analysis in a different way (mostly see what mistakes others can make in data analysis if they don't learn it basics well). I can't stress enough the importance of this subject. Don't learn it because you want to finish Honours. Learn it because it will be instrumental for you to be a competent clinician and researcher.

The most challenging subject of my university career, but definitely the most valuable one too.
