Its a tough subject if you don't have any financial knowledge, in which, you need to hustle. If you do FINS1613 before, you'll find it easier than others. But personally, having done FINS 1613 after FINS1612, I find FINS1613 more interesting than FINS1612

Loved the entire course especially Ms Natalie Oh as the lecturer as she understood the content well and knew how to teach it accordingly. Enjoyed the interesting Finance concepts and am grateful that the final exam was not all 18 chapters or so but instead the ones that weren't tested in midsem.

Pretty interesting and not hard. Shares a lot of content from other finance courses. Would recommend doing this as one of the first finance courses.

A good overview of finance. Some math but mostly theories. Quizzes are not difficult. Make sure you get a good tutor as well.

The course was easy to understand and gave a good introduction to capital markets and institutions.

interesting content relating to how financial markets work, however the lecturer Natalie does not put up lecture recordings. Overall a solid course.
