Principles of public law really scared me for this subject. BUT! I actually really really liked Admin. The content is really interesting and quite easy to grasp. The readings were good and usually short. The assignments and exam were fine. The mid-term was a research essay and most people did well if you had appropriate sources. If you didn't like public, don't be scared of admin. It will pleasantly surprise you. The textbooks are also well written and easy to understand.
