Sincerely I find anything related to law to be very simple, I did not need help of anyone to pass this subject. Overall this was an amazing subject that I passed seamlessly

This course provides a foundation to other electives (e.g. Insolvency Law and Corporate Misconduct). While I found the course content to be enjoyable, I do wish there was further canvassing of some of the corporate governance theory (rather than merely relegating it to a research essay).

Great law course. Directors duties make up a lot of the final.
