Sincerely I find anything related to law to be very simple, I did not need help of anyone to pass this subject. Overall this was an amazing subject that I passed seamlessly

This is a really important subject in law. Content can be complex so you should try to stay on top of your readings for this one.

The content of this course can be incredibly hard and I'm not convinced it's taught that effectively. There is a lot of new terminology, and assumed knowledge about financial and property law in this course. If things are unclear because of this, you NEED to raise your hands and clarify things, and hope your tutor will not wreck your CP for doing so. The exam is quite tough, as it is two problem questions, but as long as you focus on time management, you should be okay. Group assignments are also very annoying.

Have a copy of the legislations and case briefs with you. It will help a lot when answering problem based questions.
