Bloated course with too much content and too little time. You barely understand a topic before the next one is thrown at you. I can't understand why anyone would think it's okay to combine numerical methods AND statistics into a course that only gets ~9 real weeks of teaching. Statistics is fine but numercial methods would be challenging enough even as a course of it's own. Once again an example of UNSW butchering courses under the trimester system. It's hard to justify UNSW's reputation and prestige when THIS is the quality of teaching they're offering.

Hard to wrap your head around some things, but with enough practice this is an easy course to do well in.
