In my role as a Physics Lab Demonstrator at UNSW, I observe students in the lab every week. While the theory is demanding, the Labs are where you can really secure your grade.Pro Tips for Success: * Data Calibration is Key: In mechanical and electrical experiments, minor instrument reading deviations can significantly impact your results. Learning to calibrate your data accurately is the core of an HD. * Rigorous Reporting: Ensure your experimental conclusions are logically sound and backed by validated data. If you find technical errors or data validation difficult, I can guide you through the technical proficiency required for top marks.

Higher Physics 1A is a great course to continue developing problem solving skills, which are very useful. To solve a problem, state the facts that are given and what you need to find. Recall any information that is not given that may help to solve the problem. Then piece together that information with the given facts to solve the problem. Practice as many problems as you can from the course books, from the textbook, and online.
