I don't know why people were saying everything didn't fit together but for me it did quite easily in the end and got a HD for my efforts. You cover a lot of content but none of it is too difficult (introductory stuff, constitutional framework, the Ombudsman, as well as judicial and merits review). My tutor and lecturer Niamh was really good too- she made the material far more interesting than it had any right to be!

I found that LLB230 was structured in a way which lacked flow and made it difficult to understand the overall administrative law process. However, with the help of my tutor and a detailed flow chart, it all came together in the end.
