I brought my Dell Inspiron 15 5510 laptop to Mac & PC Repair Centre to replace the keyboard. Before the repair, only a few number keys (3, 6, 9) weren’t working. The touchpad and casing were working perfectly — there were no issues with click buttons or laptop alignment. After the repair, the touchpad click buttons stopped responding, and the laptop no longer closed properly. These issues only started after the keyboard was replaced. I contacted the business multiple times, but they refused to accept responsibility. At first, when I told the repairer that the touchpad click buttons no longer worked, he told me it was “normal” and suggested I just stop using the touchpad. Later, he also refused to refund the payment or reinstall the old keyboard, despite clear evidence that the new issues were caused during disassembly or reassembly.
