Really enjoyed this subject. It's basically physics and only has easy maths so it was easy once you understand the concept.

Great course. It is fairly easy to grasp the concepts if you studied Physics in high school. The formatting of the lecture slides is also well done. The ideas flow seemlessly from slide to slide so it is easy to follow along. My only criticism is that there is not as much application of mechanical concepts to human movement as I expected. To help with this, you can use the textbook as it goes into depth on the applications.

Interesting concepts, good lecturer. Helps to practice with the textbook and lab questions.
