Reviews
This course was excellent structured, and built well on the foundations established in Law of Contracts 1 (LAWS1701). The content was easy to follow as a result of being broken down into manageable chunks and being presented in a coherent flow - you could always see the big picture and where things slotted in together. The course was very content heavy, with alot of cases to read, but it always felt like it was relevant readings and the accompanying supplementary notes made comprehension even easier. I actually found this course easy than LAWS1701 as you had a feel for what they were looking for. Great subject!

LAWS1702 was a great transition from Law of Contracts I (LAWS1701) and was consistently easy to understand. Content was broken up weekly into parts that flowed well together but also wasn't too overwhelming. There were lots of cases to read but similar to LAWS1701, there was a study guide to accompany all content which made it easy to navigate information and gain as much knowledge as possible without exerting too much extra effort. It was a fair bit harder than LAWS1701 but still just as easy to do well in if willing to put the time into studying and understanding the content rather just memorising cases.
