Some challenging aspects but overall a fairly interesting introductory course which I would consider worthwhile

Exams and assignments would be easy to follow if you just watch the lectures, but don't need to care much about all the harder questions

Very interesting and easy. Would highly recommend. Useful for Maths, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering. Effective teaching and learning methods utilised throughout the semester. Compulsory pre-class work really lightens the workload and removes pressure for finals. Easy assignments.

This is a simple subject, with some mildly challenging concepts. Just pay attention and turn up - you'll do fine

Fun and interesting subject that provides fundamental knowledge for other maths subjects. Assignments are easy (especially if you use the textbook which has worked examples) and exams are okay but it is easy to lose marks for small things so being careful is very important.

Easy and enjoyable. This was the first subject at UQ I did that i thoroughly enjoyed! Would definitely recommend

A interesting little introduction into discrete mathematics, a very easy course, but in my opinion quite fun.
