One of my favourite courses in my degree! It was a wonderful introduction to microbiology and immunology, and the lecturers were clear and passionate about the different areas that we learnt about.

The year, when I did this course of my Bachelors and Masters. I was surrounded and taught by renowned Scientist who have the mastery in these subjects. I scored full marks in the exams. This increase the confidence in me with this course.

Super interesting course with passionate lecturers!

The teaching staff is great! The Labs are Great! The content is interesting and really well run. So why the 4/5 stars? There is a lot of different content and a lot of gear shifting. The year I did it was the first year it was one final rather than a mid sem and a final. Know the patterns of your past exams and put in the effort to substitute different organisms in the questions. That final is stressful yo.

Great subject! Jack Wang is one of the best lecturers I've ever had, great at keeping your attention. Pracs are great if you do your pre-prac reading and keep good lab notes. Make sure you start the Lab Report as early as you can because it is very time consuming and challenging.

Lectures by Jack Wang were really interesting and engaging, by far one of my favourite lecturers. Lots of content, pracs were ok, content was interesting in general.

Crucial course for the MICR major, really sets you up for future study and other micro courses. Pretty hard, pracs take a bit of prior reading but worth taking.

MICR2000 was one of my favourite courses of my degree! The content was super interesting and not too heavy, and the lecturers were very lively and entertaining. This course allowed me discover my passion for microbes!
