Some content has become useful in life/study and the level was challenging but not too challenging (been 15 years since I did high school maths, 3-unit). I often struggled with Dr Harry Butler's reasoning/explanations. Once I worked out the concepts through the study book or tutes I concluded he sometimes explains things in a hard-to-understand way, perhaps disjointed explanations due to tangents about applications instead of deeper concept content. Some questions in assignments are poorly worded and make them hard to understand too. Chapter quiz's were useful to give me confidence I was understanding the core material.

Although a difficult subject to handle, not having face-to-face instruction, the materials provided gave the best opportunity for a good grade.

Really knowledgeable lecturer and interesting content. It's pretty cool to see different ways of doing things and realise you're developing a nascent deeper understanding of concepts.
