I found this unit really interesting but really difficult, though I believe it has since changed. Really essential if you are to do an English major.

Really interesting class, not too boring and is easy enough to get a good mark in. Didn’t buy the reader and still passed :)

Not your typical English class. It covers grammar, phonetics, and the history of the English language. The lecturer does a good job of making the material interesting. The assessments aren't too bad either.
