Do not pick this subject, absolute mess of a course and will hurt your WAM. Marking is meaningless and harsh only to bring down the average. Feedback just doesn't make sense and is not reasonable in the slightest e.g. stating references were inconsistent with submission when they were correct. I consistently get 75-85 in other subjects yet somehow my writing and thought process is worth a 55 in this waste of a subject. Assignments are also very poorly made. Unit coordinator made a 2 page maximum inclusive of reference list making it impossible to write in depth responses, let alone elaborate on ideas enough. And then the markers have the audacity to mark down due to not enough content or evidence. Content is similar. Completely isolated and random tech subjects that are just the current industry trend, e.g. AI, blockchain, NFTs, agile development, etc. Concepts are not concrete at all and are very vague. Lectures are mainly just looking at random news articles and have zero coherency whatsoever. Don't pick this subject if you value your sanity.

This unit doesn't really fit with the BIS major and I felt completely disconnected.
