The lectures were quite dry but still worth attending as you'll pick up on a bunch of things that will help you in tutorials, and the lecturer will go through many nuances of the language and also gives insight into how Korean is used in the modern day with comparisons to how certain words or phrases were used in the past. Tutorials were quite fun. My tutor was 유 선생님 and she was lively during tutorials and also very patient with, and supportive of students especially during presentation and interview time. I'd recommend her as a tutor for those who are complete beginners to the language and would like to start learning it in a comfortable learning environment. There is quite a lot of homework to do from week to week and quizzes every few weeks but it's manageable.

The lectures were not very helpful. I found the lecture presentations dry and unnecessarily lengthy. However, the actual course content is well structured and the tutors are lovely.
