Reviews
I did this course in my LLB 1/2 year as part of the acceleration after transferring. Overall, the course required a higher level of thinking (imo) than Torts. The course material was overall challenging, but answering the questions had a clear structure that made achieving reasonable marks possible without extensive effort.
