Reviews
Consistently poorly run and poorly taught.

fairly awful (worst subject in the law faculty imo) but if I can pass the final exam then so can you
Anonymous, Semester 2, 2019
I did corporations law in Summer School 2019. Dr. Fady Aoun was an excellent lecturer and he made the course material interesting, even for students with no interest in entering the corporate legal profession (like me). The subject is quite manageable in isolation as an intensive unit, though the (modified) closed book final exam is dastardly, so make sure you study well and keep on top of the workload.

Really stay on top of the readings if you want to do well in this subject. The final assessment covers EVERYTHING
