Compulsory first year mechatronics subject. The lecture modules are I guess a good introduction to mechatronics, but they aren't very interesting and the majority of the cohort didn't show up. The lecturer was ok, the course wasn't very well organised. For the first assignment there was a typo rendering a question impossible, this was only rectified 2 weeks after it was handed out, close to the due date. The best parts of this course were the fact that there is no final exam, and I actually enjoyed some of the research assignments, as the lecturer chooses fairly interesting topics, for example we had to design a drone delivery system for the final group assignment.
