The amount of content presented is staggering. There's no way we can take it all in, let alone apply it in our placements. I'll pass this unit, and I'll become a nurse eventually, but this course has in no way helped me become a good nurse. Lectures are online, poorly recorded, and the amount of content they use from YouTube is ridiculous.

I CANNOT RATE IT 5 STARS. BUT STUDENTS MUST PUT IN WORK, ATTEND LECTURES AND DO PERSONAL RESEARCH TO PASS THIS UNITS.

Having done HSBH1008 in the previous semester, this wasn't anything new, but if you're studying the social determinants of health for the first time, it's pretty interesting stuff. Looking at health from a sociological perspective really broadens your understanding of health and how to approach patients, which will really come in handy during a career in health.
