I have not even started my degree and the semester, and already have issues with the unit coordinators lack of organization skills of the unit structure layout in the canvas site as things not clearly labelled, very messy communications with things not being edited properly and not finalized until last minute, poorly selected articles for readings that are not to the point and just going around in circles making readings harder than they need to be. Not sure who wrote the reviews that are positive, but clearly seem to be inebriated with delusions.

I CANNOT RATE IT 5 STARS. BUT STUDENTS MUST PUT IN WORK, ATTEND LECTURES AND DO PERSONAL RESEARCH TO PASS THIS UNITS.

Having done HSBH1008 in the previous semester, this wasn't anything new, but if you're studying the social determinants of health for the first time, it's pretty interesting stuff. Looking at health from a sociological perspective really broadens your understanding of health and how to approach patients, which will really come in handy during a career in health.
