Would recommend. Easy HD. Content is self-paced, you can just spend a block of time punching through it before semester gets busy.

Good WAM booster. The subject is fairly straightforward. Content is similar to yr 8 PDHPE I guess

Fantastic course! Really comprehensive, covers information that you can implement to improve your health and wellbeing and is also quite interesting.

Quizzes are relatively easy. Final assignment is vague and marked harshly.

Very easy and easy to achieve a minimum of a distinction, with a high distinction also easily attainable. You could beat out this entire unit in 1-2 days if you wanted to and focus on other stuff for the rest of the semester. Aside from that, the content is actually really interesting and engaging, you'll learn a lot about self-health that you can actually incorporate into your life. Definitely not an OLE to miss if you're looking for easy marks with engaging content.

Total breeze. Just short online MC quizzes (I think there were 7...) and a 500-word report at the end. If you're looking for a unit with a small workload, this is the one.
