Reviews
I enjoyed this course much less than 1st year Psyc. While there are three general topic "areas" the course felt like it was all over the place which was surprising coming from this very organised department. Tip: Doing well in the report and quiz are essential! The quiz in particular I found to be a lot harder than expected. :(

This subject is a good gauge whether you'll survive psych or not. It's hard work and memorising will require real effort, it's a lot harder than first year and it shows in the final exam

Ian is fantastic. This unit is certainly hard work, and more pure science than other psychology units, but extremely interesting and foundational for future study in psychology.

Very interesting and engaging subject. Would highly recommend.

Very dry, a lot to get through. Not as easy as first year psych so be warned.

Interesting, and good intro to neuroscience, especially if you're continuing with neuro subjects.
