Reviews
the course coordinator made attendance for lectures by giving quiz questions during lectures stressed me out.. The content is really interesting, some lecturers are a bit boring but they are super helpful. Final is okay but report is weird

meh. The perception content was really interesting. Some of cognition was good as well. Intelligence, lecturer was good but content a bit boring. Overall however, with lecturers being on Zoom, lecturers almost always went over 55 minute lectures by 5-10 minutes due to so much content. Probably got taught an extra 20min of content each week because of this (like 3 lectures isnt enough). Made studying for final very difficult. Thank god there is open book.

This unit builds on first year content on intelligence. The final exam can be considered more difficult than other units, however the essay for the major assignment is a systematic review and is relatively simple to do if you have a good understanding of psychological writing and follow the assignment guidelines closely. Niko is an engaging lecturer, although it is a unit that is best suited to those willing to attend lectures in person as the slides can be confusing if using recordings alone.
